Italian Meat Ball Recipe

Mix together:

2 lbs ground beef

1 lb ground pork or turkey

2 medium onions, chopped

1 1/2 C dry bread crumbs

2 T (or more) snipped parsley

1 T salt

1/4 t (or more) ground pepper

2 t Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs

1 C milk

Place 1 inch meatballs on large cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees turning every 15 minutes (to prevent sticking) until done.

Simmer in any basic tomato spagetti sauce.
